PF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe
Cook until it’s reduced and browned and then add:
-1 small onion (diced)
-1 tablespoon of sesame oil
-1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh ginger
-1 tablespoon of freshly minced garlic
-2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
-4 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
-soy sauce to taste
I also like to add some Gochujang for a little spice (Sriracha works too)
Cook until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat and add:
-one 8 ounce can of Water Chestnuts (diced)
-fresh green onion
Stir it in and serve with butter lettuce.
